Moved house in October. Would highly recommend Rens. They must have one of the highest review scores of any business on the internet and I can see why! Contacted Meg by phone early and got quote based on sending a few WhatsApp videos of the rooms, shed, garden etc. Quote seemed reasonable. Inevitably our closing date changed a few times and Meg was very helpful in working it all out. On the moving date itself, the two vans arrived at expected time. Paul, Paul and Glen were fantastic throughout the day. Skilled parking and Tetris loading work. Managed to find a solution for the bulkiest item (a garden playhouse). Even when we mentioned about the bags of clothes in wardrobe we had forgotten about, they took it all in their stride with good humour! While we got keys to new property, they got ready to go once we arrived at new place. Very helpful in moving boxes to the correct room, which helped us settle in quickly over following few days. Overall, they made a potentially very stressful day as calm as can be. Would highly recommend Rens from start to finish of the process.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!! I used their packing service on the 14th November and their moving service on the 15th. I was specific about what I needed packed and wrapped especially velvet beds. The packers arrived and told my husband they were too heavy to wrap and that the movers would do it. The movers told my husband the packers should have wrapped them. When I rang and got on to Megan in the office I suggested that they use the nesta wrapping but by no means should they be put in storage without being wrapped. Went to the storage yesterday and sure enough they were stacked on top of eachother unwrapped. Also custom made chairs stacked on a lawn mower?? No care is taken with your items. When I sent an email I was fobbed off again, Meg suggested my husband said not to wrap (LIES)!!! Even though I said this in the initial quoting phase the packing phase and the moving phase! I got charged more for packing stuff that didn’t need to be packed that I ended up unpacking myself. The communications between employees is clearly at an all time low and they don’t seem to care. Only care about money! I am not usually a keyboard warrior but I want to save other people from the stress I’ve been through over the last few days! Avoid at all costs and use a more reputable removals company.

Outstanding service -we recently used Rens for a home move. Throughout the whole process from dealing with Meg to the removal itself we had an extremely positive experience - Paul, Bro and Matthew are experts in this area, extremely professional & went above and beyond to ensure the process was as stress free as possible. They were super efficient and diligent and really decent lads to boot !!! Thanks a mill 😉 Highly recommend 10/10

Highly recommend, Paul arrived early, worked fast, and was careful with my items and was lovely to deal with. Process was incredibly straightforward and received a confirmation from Meg the day prior. Really made my life easier.

Would highly recommend Rens. Meg was very accommodating with the dates of the move in such short notice. The 3 lads came on time and nothing was a problem for them. I got a price from another removal company and they were twice the price . I give Rens 5 stars. They tick every box you need in a house move.
