Meg is lovely to work with. 3 ladies packed our house the day before. They were bubbly, happy and good craic. They double checked and asked questions to ensure it was done right. The next day 3 lads came to move everything. They were organised, experienced and proactive about asking questions and giving advice. When it started to rain they asked about putting down carpet covers and tried to take off their shoes as much as possible. The end result was a very successful move. Our move was from Dublin to the Northwest of Mayo. We dealt with Meg in the office and Darren in person; both were fantastic. Meg checked in with us a few times before moving day, which was great. The lads arrived bang in time and just got down to work and got the contents into the vans very quickly. They arrived at the new house on the other side of the country bang on time and emptied the vans into the correct rooms in no time. I couldn’t fault the team at RENs in any way. I got the packing and moving service. The ladies who came to pack me up were fantastic - so fast and professional. They blitzed the place in a matter of hours. Everything was perfectly labelled and so easy to find after the move. Then on move day Paul and his colleague were utterly outstanding. Amongst other stuff they had to deal with on the day, they also dismantled a huge heavy old resin glass wood table - AND then navigated it up a massive flight of stone steps. I didn’t think it was possible - but they did it without even a tiny scuff on anything. The thing weighed an absolute tonne. And the table is now back together like it was never taken apart!! Everyone I dealt with (starting right back when I booked through Meg) was so flexible and professional. I could tell that Paul and his moving colleague honestly pride themselves on “job really well done”. Nothing was too much trouble for the lads on the day, even when I asked for help moving some stuff around the house that hadn’t been planned. We dealt with Meg and she was great providing updates on any questions we had. The service we received included the packing of our stuff which we are delighted we got as it made the whole process much quicker and easier. To Paul and the guys that loaded the vans and transported our stuff, they did a truly fantastic job. All our items were moved without issue. They also disassembled the furniture and reassembled in the new house meaning we were able to get settled in very quick which took away a huge amount of the stress with the move. They packed everything perfectly, disassembled all the furniture and then reassembled everything when we moved back. The team on both occasions were so helpful and did everything possible to reduce the stress levels. Even when we had issues with plumbing and issues with the storage company they were offering solutions.
